摘要
篮球运动深受大学生喜爱,也是普通本科院校体育课程中的主要项目.但常规篮球课程教学周期长,涉及学生人数多,分解式的教学方法往往不甚理想.为提高篮球课的教学效率,将传统的分解式教学法与完整练习法进行对比教学实验.结果发现:相比传统分解式教学而言,完整练习法教学过程不枯燥,学生接受度更高.同时由于完整练习法大幅增加了课堂比赛时间,学生有更多的时间对所学的篮球个人技战术进行灵活运用与练习,最终用相对较短的学时掌握基本技巧.该方法通过调动学生学习篮球的积极性,充分发挥学生的主观能动性,提高了课堂教学质量.
Basketball is one of the most popular activities in ordinary colleges and universities. The students love it. And the basketball is regarded as the main optional course in the college physical education course. Due to the long teaching period and the numerous amount of the students, the effect of the disassembled exercise teaching is not very good. Comparatively speaking, the completed exercise teaching is not dull and is admitted by the majority of the students. Meanwhile, classroom competition time increases sharply in the process of completed exercise, the students can flexibly apply his own technique and tactics on the basketball method, taking relatively shorter time to grasp basic skills.
