摘要
应用原子吸收光谱法对襄阳地区221例妇女发样中15种微量元素含量进行测定,并进行统计学分析.测定分析结果表明:被检测人群中有9种元素缺乏,其中锌、钙元素缺乏最为严重.铜、铁、镁、锰、锶、钼、钴、镍元素缺乏情况稍好.通过及时了解并反映调查群体中妊娠妇女体内微量元素的含量水平,可以直接指导孕妇合理饮食并补充缺乏元素,为更好地优生优育提供参考数据.
A method for the determination of 15 trace elements in 221 women's hairs was developed by atomic absorption spectrophotometry(AAS). The data were statistically analyzed. The results shows that the lack of the contents of 9 elements exists. That is, the lack of the zinc, calcium is most serious; Copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, strontium, molybdenum, cobalt and nickel element are slightly better. The findings of the survey can be used to guide the rational diet of pregnant women in pregnancy and guide them to supplement deficient element, references for sound child rearing.
