村级财务“双代管”成效的巩固与提升

Consolidation and enhancement of the effect on “dual escrow” for village level finance

村级财务"双代管"已实行几年,成效明显,但也存在一些问题。为进一步巩固提升"双代管"成效,该文结合实践经验,从加强经管干部队伍的建设,提升职业水准、建立健全管理制度、强化监督机制等方面提出针对性、可操作性的具体解决措施。

Practice of ＂double escrow＂ of the village finance had been carried out for several years, and had achieved obvious effect, but there were also some problems. In order to further consolidate and promote the effect of ＂double escrow＂, combining with the practical experience, this paper put forward specific and operable measures to solve these problems, i.e. strengthening the construction of management cadres, enhancing the professional level, establishing and perfecting management system, strengthening the supervision mechanism etc.
