事业单位视野下的学校组织是如何运行的——从Z中学的个案说开去

摘要 理清学校组织的运行逻辑必须还原到事业单位语境中去。校长的办学兴校思想依靠事业单位负责人的身份去推行。通过行政力量先导,学术力量延续,校长办学思想转换为学校的运行体制;教师体验到成长,学生体会到成功,使得体制运行具备了正当性;通过仪式强化,奖励积极分子,学校体制得以巩固;通过活动为媒介,特色为抓手,学校的先进经验得以宣传。事业单位运行的结构塑造着学校运行的体制。避免学校运行体制僵化的指涉,学校组织需要趁着事业单位分类改革的大势而进行相应变革。 If we want to clarify the operational logic of school organization, it is necessary to restore it to the context of public institutions. Principals carry out their ideas of running and prospering schools depending on the identity of persons responsible for the public institutions. Spearheaded by the administrative power and continued by the academic power, principals' ideas of running schools change into the school's operational system. Teachers experience growth and students experience success, which makes the system's operation legal. By strengthening the ceremony and rewarding activists, the school system is consolidated. Activities act as the media and characteristics act as the grippers, through which the school' s advanced experience will be publicized. The structure of public institutions' operation shapes the system of school's operation. To avoid the rigidness of school's operation, the school organizations need to change with the reform of categorizing the public institutions.
