摘要
学前教育发展需要教育政策的引领。近十年来,江苏省学前教育系列政策的出台,对于进一步提高学前教育政策的普惠性、促进学前教育的规范化建设、发挥学前教育的引领起到了积极作用,但江苏省学前教育发展依然面临着较为严峻的困难和挑战,主要表现为由教育资源配置不足带来的入园难问题依然存在,城乡、区域和园际之间的发展不均衡继续存在,师资队伍的结构与素养需要进一步优化和提高。促进江苏省学前教育发展,需进一步强化支持学前教育发展的政策导向,完善学前教育资源配置机制,强化质量体系建设。
The development of preschool education needs the guidance of educational policies. In the past 10 years, a series of preschool educational policies have been issued in Jiangsu province, which has helped a lot in promoting the universality of preschool educational policies, promoting the construction of standardization of preschool education and playing the leading role of preschool education. The development of preschool education in Jiangsu province, however, is still confronted with severe difficulties and challenges which include the difficulty in going to kindergarten caused by insufficient educational resources, the imbalanced development among urban and rural areas, different regions and kindergartens, and the need of optimizing the structure and quality of teaching staff, etc. To promote the development of preschool education, it is necessary to further strengthen the support of preschool education, perfect the mechanism of allocating preschool educa- tion resources, and enhance the construction of quality system.
