摘要
教师职前培养主要是为基础教育培养师资。随着基础教育改革的不断深化,教师职前培养在教育理念、课程结构、教学内容和方法等以及职业伦理教育方面表现出了极大的不适应。基于基础教育的需求,从现代教育理念的树立、教师教育课程体系的构建、教学内容和方法的改革、高等师范院校与中小学的合作等方面对教师职前培养进行改进,可以使教师职前培养与基础教育有效对接,以相互促进,共同发展。
Teacher's pre-service training is mainly aimed at training teachers for elementary education. With the deepening of elementary education reform, teacher's pre-service training has shown great inadaptability in educational concepts, curriculum structure, teaching contents and methods, and vocational ethics education. If we improve teacher's pre-service training in such aspects as the setting-up of modern educational ideas, the construction of curriculum system of teacher education, the reform of teaching contents and methods, and the cooperation between teachers' colleges and prima- ry and middle schools based on the needs of elementary education, the effective connection between teacher' s pre-service training and elementary education can be ensured, which will help achieve the mutual promotion and common development.
