摘要
海洋钻井成本受多种因素影响。本文由招标、制定和实施合同、作业进程中的调度以及计算日费率等方面总结了控制海洋钻井成本的途径和应采取的措施。依据50口井资料的分析,介绍了如何对钻井作业中的生产、电测、取芯、试油、气候停工等时间的预测。并举例说明了钻井作业时间的具体测算方法。
Offshore drilling cost is affected by many factors. This papsr suincrizes the control effective way of offshore drilling cost and measures taken in bidding, formulating and implementing contract, adjustment in operation, and calculating the daily cost etc. the estamate is presented of drilling production, logging, coring well-testing, and shut-down because of weather conditions based on the analysis of information from 50 wells. The specific time estimate of drilling operation is illustrated with examples.
