摘要
目的探讨应用掌侧入路治疗桡骨远端骨折的方法及疗效。方法本组32侧桡骨远端骨折均采用掌侧入路进行手术治疗。结果按根据改良Mcbride评分和纽约骨科医院腕关节评估标准,优良率91%,其中优20侧,良9侧,可3侧。结论应用掌侧入路手术治疗桡骨远端骨折能使骨折断段有效的暴露,更容易铺板固定,并且避免一些并发症的出现。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of the distal radius fractures with the palmar approach. Methods 32 cases of the distal radius fractures were treated with the palmar approach. Results The function of the wrist was evaluated by Mcbride scale. 20 cases were graded as excellent, 9 as good, 3 as fair. Conclusion It is a very effective method to treat complicated distal radius fractures with the palmar approach to avoid the occurrence of complications, exposing the fracture more sufficiently, easing to fix.
