机用ProTaper结合GG钻一次性根管治疗法治疗急性牙髓炎的术后疼痛观察

Clinical Evaluation of Post-operation Pain of Acute Pulpitis After One-visit Root Canal Therapy Applying ProTaper Nickel-titanium Rotary Instrument with Gates Glidden

目的比较机用ProTaper结合GG钻一次性根管治疗法与两次根管治疗法,在急性牙髓炎根管治疗术后疼痛发生率有无差异。方法选择240例312颗急性牙髓炎患者,按就诊顺序单双号随机分为2组,实验组120例171颗患牙,对照组120例,141颗患牙。实验组采用机用ProTaper结合GG钻一次性根管治疗法,对照组采用机用ProTaper结合GG钻2次根管法。两组治疗结束后1周复诊,进行术后疼痛评价。结果术后1周,实验组、对照组疼痛发生率分别为19.3%、17%,两者比较差异无统计学意义。结论机用ProTaper一次性根管治疗法治疗急性牙髓炎术后疼痛率不高于2次根管治疗法,且能避免根管再感染,减少患者就诊次数,缩短操作时间,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the post - operation pain incidence of acute pulpitis that one - visit versus two- visit endodontic therapy applying ProTaper Nickel - titanium rotary instrument with Gates Glidden.
