钢闸门吊耳板应力测试方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 吊耳板的应力检测,是闸门启闭力测量的常用方法,实际测量中会出现测量不准确的现象。对测量构件进行ANSYS有限元方法和相关结构应力测点检测数据分析,可以知道结构中存在应力集中现象,经过分析表明,应力集中是测量结果偏差的重要原因。应用格拉布斯准则对应力检测数据进行处理,可以有效消除应力测点存在的测试数据波动大、参照测点间规律特征不明显等异常偏差现象,较好满足测试准确性的工程需要。 Analysis the lug plate’s load stress is an effective measurement techniques to get the hoisting force of the lug plate,because of some reasons in the actual measurement has inaccurate phenomenon.By ANSYS finite element method and the analysis of test data measuring point we know that the plate have stress concentration.By the analysis showed that stress concentration is an important reason for the deviation of the measure-ment results.The test results show that Grubbs can meet a good results for the selection of the stress detection point.In this way,we can effective-ly eliminate stress test data exist large fluctuations and the reference point between the measured char-acteristics laws and other abnormal deviation phe-nomenon,better meet the test accuracy engineering needs.
