全地形车车架动态特性分析与减振研究

摘要 通过建立全地形车的有限元模型,进行计算模态和实验模态研究,对二者结果进行对比分析,验证有限元模型的正确性,同时得到车架振动的固有频率和振型;结合发动机的振动特性,分析其振动对车架动态性能的影响,由谐响应分析得到车架各部位的振动情况,提出了避免发动机与车架共振的方案,对比改进前后车架位移的响应幅值,验证该减振方案的正确性。 The finite element model of ATV ( all terrain vehicle) Frame was created and correlation analy- sis between calculation modal and experimental modal was performed with the verification of correctness of the various parts of the frame vibration FEM. Natural Frequency and modals were achieved. Combining with engine vibration characteristics, analyze the effects of vibration on the dynamic performance of the frame, the various parts of the frame vibration was obtained by harmonic analysis, then propose the pro- gram of avoiding resonance between engine and frame. And contrast-enhanced response amplitude dis- placement around the frame, to verify the correctness of the damping program.
