摘要
高职院校人才培养质量的关键是师资队伍建设,有效提高教师工作质量和工作效率是师资管理的重要课题。文章运用双因素理论分析了组织管理中的双因素,构建出高职院校师资队伍建设与管理的激励体系,指出公平合理、灵活有效的激励机制和开放、动态、科学的激励制度是提高教师工作积极性的关键。
Teaching staff construction is the key point of the quality of talent cultivation m vocational corteges, so it is an important issue to improve teachers' working quality and efficiency. This study analyzes the two factors of organization and management on the basis of Two Factors Theory, putting forward a proposal of building an incentive system in the construction and management of teaching staff in vocational colleges. It also points out that the key to improve teachers' working enthusiasm is to construct an open, dynamic and scientific incentive system which is at the same time fair, flexible and effective.
