Human resources is resonrces management system the core content of management in knowledge enterprises. Taking the human in knowledge enterprise as the research object, this paper first analyzes the importance, contents and challenges of the human resources management in knowledge enterprise , and then it discusses the establishment of the human resources management system and the dynamic monitoring of all elements of the system, aiming to provide some guidance for the human resource management in enterprises.
