摘要
近年来,摩托车水冷发动机在三轮车和全地形车上得到广泛应用,由于水冷发动机气缸头密封系统是双向密封,结构较复杂,既不能让冷却液漏入机油中,也不能让机油或气漏入冷却液中,因此,发动机故障率相对较高。通过对摩托车水冷发动机市场出现气缸头密封垫烧蚀带来的系列问题进行分析,从气缸头密封垫的密封机理入手,对水冷发动机气缸头密封垫进行了优化设计,很好地解决了水冷发动机气缸头密封问题。
The water cooling engines have been widely used on three-wheeled motorcycles and ATVs. This system adopt complicated both sides of sealing to avoid the leakage of cooling water into oil and vice verse, Therefore, the engine failure rate is relatively high. Through the analysis on a series of problems caused by the ablation of the sealing cushion on cylinder head of water-cooling motorcycle engine, the optimization design is conducted in accordance with the working principle of the sealing cushion and well solved this problem.
