Capability of State-Governance:An Intellectual History Perspective

国家治理能力是实现国家治理体系现代化的关键。福山对国家治理能力及衡量标准的研究提供了一个研究维度,王绍光、胡鞍钢等中国学者对中国国家能力的界定及研究引起巨大反响。通过梳理学者对国家治理能力及相关概念的阐述,力求展示当前学界总体研究进展,为当前推进的"国家治理体系和治理能力现代化"提供理论参考。

State-governance is the key to the modernization of the state governance system. Fukuyama＇s study on governance capability and its criterion provide a research dimension, while Chinese scholars, such as Wang Shaoguang and as Hu Angang , have made progress in the research on China＇s state capability that has caused a big stir. By summarizing the literatures of scholars from home and aboard, we want to make great effort to show a current progress in research and provide theoretical references for the current advance of the state governance system and its capability.
