井冈山国家农业科技园区台湾生态农业创业园的规划与探析

Planning and Analysis on Taiwan Ecological Agriculture Pioneer Park in Jinggangshan National Agricultural Science and Technology Park

充分利用井冈山国家农业科技园区生态环境、交通便捷、国家扶持等优势,规划建设台湾生态农业创业园。按照井冈山国家农业科技园区"一心两带四区"总体规划要求,台湾生态农业创业园规划建设特色果树、有机蔬菜、保健蔬菜和药材、食品(保健品)加工等四大功能区块,到2020年总体规划面积366.6hm2。通过提供优质的政策服务,落实土地、税收、财政、金融等方面保障措施,实现井冈山国家农业科技园区与台湾生态农业创业园"二合一"的协调发展,不断提升园区农业科技发展水平,更好地发挥示范引领和辐射带动作用。

Taiwan ecological agriculture pioneer park was planned and constructed by making full use of the advantages of the ecological environment,convenient transportation,state supporting policies in Jinggangshan national agricultural science and technology park.According to the overall planning of Jinggangshan national agricultural science and technology park,Taiwan ecological agriculture pioneer park planned and constructed the four functional block such as characteristic fruit trees district,organic vegetable district,health care vegetable district,and manufacturing district of medicinal materials and food（health care products）.And the overall planning area would be 366.6hm2 by2020.The harmonious development between Jinggangshan national agricultural science and technology park and Taiwan ecological agriculture pioneer park would become the reality by providing superior services policy and safeguard measure.
