中美经贸关系中人民币汇率问题及对策

近年来,随着中美经贸关系的进一步发展,人民币汇率问题逐渐成为中美争论的焦点之一。随着国际经济关系日趋政治化,人民币汇率问题也出现了明显的政治化倾向。在这样的背景下,中国需要发挥"四体联动"机制应对中美贸易摩擦;调整对外投资战略,减少资本项目顺差;进一步深化人民币汇率制度改革以应对中美人民币汇率问题的挑战。

In recent years,with the further development of Sino-US economic and trade relations,the issue of the RMB ex-change rate has gradually become a flashpoint.As international economic relationship is becoming more and more political,the issue of RMB exchange rate also appears obvious political tendency.China need to play the “four linkage”mechanism to deal with the Sino -US trade friction,adjust foreign investment strategy,reduce the capital account surplus,and deepen the reform of RMB exchange rate system.
