摘要
随着自动变速器的不断增多,较小的部件尺寸与发动机转矩增高都要求变速器具有高负载与转矩能力。改进换档舒适性与减小换档力的要求,推动了为制造同步器锁环与摩擦材料开发先进的新材料。本文简要评述了近年来开发的用于制造同步器锁环的粉末冶金高性能铁基合金材料与粉末冶金烧结铜基摩擦材料,以及二者的连接方法。
During the past year,key components for synchronizing systems in manual transmission gear boxes such as synchronizer hubs and synchronier rings have been manufactured in large quantities by PM technology.The recent developments in high strength PM steels for advancd synchronier rings were presented,the tribological properties and wear behavior of three friction linings for synchronizer rings based on carbon-fabric,sintered friction material layers and molybdenum wire-sprayed lining were compared.
