新医改背景下预防医学专业人才培养模式改革的初探

A Preliminary Study on the Training Model Reform on Preventive Medicine Professionals in the New Medical Reform Context

为适应现代医学模式及我国医药卫生体制改革对人才培养的需求,并力求解决基层医疗机构公共卫生人才的缺乏,本文从人才培养目标的转变、培养要求纵横发展、课程体系调整、教学方法改革这四个方面介绍了新医改背景下预防医学专业人才培养模式的改革。

In order to adapt to the modern medical model,meet the demand on professionals training in our medical and health system reform and address the issue of lack of public health professionals in grass-roots medical facilities,this article introduces the training model reform on preventive medicine professionals in the new medical reform context,respectively from the perspective of the transformation of professionals training target,the vertical and horizontal development of training requirements,the adjustment of courses system and teaching method reform.
