地方医学院校人才培养质量调查分析——基于社会评价的视角

Investigation and Analysis of the Quality of Talent Cultivation in Local Medical Colleges:Based on the Perspective of Social Evaluation

随着高校毕业生就业制度的改革及大学生素质教育的全面推行,对于地方医学院校来说,人才培养质量已经成为衡量地方医学院校办学质量的基本标准,而社会评价对地方医学院校教育的导向作用更加突出。本文基于社会评价的视角,采用问卷调查的方法,对医学毕业生的职业素质做出全面、系统的探讨,以促进地方医学院校的教育教学改革适应地方卫生事业的发展。

With the reform of employment system of the full implementation of quality education and graduates,for the local medical colleges,the quality of personnel training has become the basic standard to measure the quality of local medical colleges and universities,and the guiding function of social evaluation on the education of local medical colleges and universities more prominent.In this paper,based on the perspective of social evaluation,uses the questionnaire survey method,to investigate the requirements for the evaluation of medical graduate＇s occupation quality of the employing units,in order to promote the reform of education and teaching in local medical colleges to adapt to the development of the local health service.
