Physiology Teaching Innovation with Target for Inter-disciplinary Anesthesiology Talent Training

根据麻醉学专业特点,以培养复合型麻醉学人才为核心目标,结合具体的生理学和麻醉生理学教学内容制定教学大纲,通过多种手段创新教学方法,实施以学生为中心,以自主学习为主要内容的生理学理论和实验教学改革,通过学生成绩分析并结合教学评价调查问卷来评价教学效果,贯彻"教为主导,学为主体,提高综合能力为主线"的教育理念。

The physiological theory and experimental teaching with the main point of student-centered and autonomic learning had been carried actively.Inter-disciplinary anesthesiology professional talent training is the key goal in this study.The syllabus was revised according to the specific physiology and anesthesia physiology materials.Training and teaching methods were innovated by various teaching approaches according to the professional characteristics of anesthesiology.The teaching goals were evaluated by student achievement and questionnaire investigation.This practice is a manifestation of educational idea of‘teaching as the leading,learning as the main body,improve the comprehensive ability as the main line＇.
