现代信息技术在神经病学临床实习阶段的应用及体会

Application of Modern Information Technology and Understanding during the Stage of Clinical Practice in Neurology

神经系统疾病临床表现多种多样,且与影像学等检查关系密切,学生普遍反映神经病学临床实习较难,针对上述特点,在学生实习阶段充分利用现代信息技术,由教师或学生制作各种多媒体课件,适时进行各种小型专题讲座,并充分利用医院信息系统(Hospital Information System,HIS),通过在HIS上快速查阅及讲解各类患者的神经系统相关影像学及检验资料,结合教学查房,将理论知识、临床实践及学科进展有机结合,提升了学生神经科临床实习的学习效果。

The manifestations of neurologic diseases were various and they were closely related with the imaging.Students generally reflected that the clinical practice of neurology was difficult.To aim directly at these characteristic of neurology,make use of modern information technology,various multimedia courseware were made by teachers or students and minor lectures on various topics were timely applied to the students who were in the stage of clinical practice.In the mean time,Hospital Information System（HIS）was made full use of to quickly access and to explain the relevant nervous system image and test data of patients.Combing with the teaching rounds,these teaching methods combined the theoretical knowledge with clinical practice and neurologic development effectively and lifted the students＇ learning effect during the stage of clinical practice in the department of neurology.
