青年脑梗死患者纤维蛋白原水平与其神经功能缺损严重程度的关系 被引量:5

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN FIBRINOGEN LEVELS AND NEUROLOGIC DEFICITS SEVERITY OF YOUTH CEREBRAL INFARCTION PATIENTS

摘要 目的探讨青年脑梗死患者纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平与其神经功能缺损严重程度的关系。方法选取2013年1—12月该院神经内科住院青年脑梗死患者98例组成观察组和同期年龄低于45岁的健康查体者30例组成对照组。分析对照组和观察组的FIB水平以及观察组发病后不同时间神经功能缺损评分(NHISS),采用Pearson相关性分析法分析青年脑梗死患者FIB水平与其神经功能缺损严重程度的关系,并采用ROC曲线分析青年脑梗死患者FIB水平对其神经功能缺损严重程度的预测作用。结果观察组纤维蛋白原水平高于对照组,Pearson相关性分析结果显示,青年脑梗死患者纤维蛋白原水平与其神经功能缺损严重程度呈正相关(r=0.802,0.814,P<0.01)。青年脑梗死患者纤维蛋白原水平预测其神经功能缺损严重程度的ROC曲线下面积为0.748。结论纤维蛋白原水平的升高与青年脑梗死发病有关,青年脑梗死患者纤维蛋白原水平与其神经功能缺损程度有关。 Objective To explore the relationship between fibrinogen(FIB)levels and neurologic deficits severity of youth cerebral infarction(CI)patients.Methods Totally98 youth CI patients in author's hospital from January 2013 to December 2013 were selected as observation group and the 30 healthy persons in the same term(under 45 years old)were selected as control group.FIB level and neurologic impairment score(NHISS)of control group and observation group before and after treatment were statistically analyzed,pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between plasma FIB levels and NHISS of youth CI patients,and ROC curve was also used to analyze of prediction value of plasma FIB levels on neurologic impairment severity of young CI patients.Results Plasma FIB levels were higher in the observation group than the control group.Pearson correlation analysis results showed that plasma FIB levels and NHISS of youth CI patient were significantly positively correlation with(r=0.802,0.814,P〈0.01).Area under the curve of ROC curve of plasma FIB levels of young CI patients predicting the neurologic impairment severity is 0.748.Conclusion FIB levels increased is related with the youth cerebral infarction,neurologic deficits severity of youth cerebral infarction patients is relatede with FIB levels increased.
