振动反应成像技术在妊娠期急性呼吸系统感染诊断中的应用 被引量:1

THE APPLICATION OF VRI IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF ACUTE INFECTION ON RESPIRATORY SYSTEM DURING GESTATIONAL PERIOD

摘要 目的探讨应用振动反应成像技术(VRI)诊断妊娠期急性呼吸系统感染的意义。方法分别对妊娠期急性上呼吸道感染、急性气管-支气管炎、急性肺炎患者与同孕期正常妊娠孕妇志愿者进行振动反应成像检查,观察二组能量最大值、呼吸曲线观察、动态图像观察、双肺出现同步性、MEF观察、QLD值评价、EVP左右肺呼吸曲线同步性及振幅高度。对后6项指标赋分、检查、统计。结果妊娠期急性气管-支气管炎组、急性肺炎组分别与正常妊娠组比较7项指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);妊娠期急性上呼吸道感染组与正常妊娠组比较能量最大值、曲线观察差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余5项指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论振动反应成像技术可以用于妊娠期急性呼吸系统感染的诊断,结合临床表现早期治疗。 Objective To discuss the significance of application of VRI in the diagnosis of acute infection on respiration system during gestational period.Methods Examine VRI was used on the two groups of pregnant women which one group consisted of acute upper respiratory tract infection,acute trachea-bronchitis,acute pneumonia patients and another group consisted of volunteers of normal pregnant women.Then the value of maximal energy,the respiratory curve,the dynamic image,the synchronicity of two lungs,the MEF,the evaluation of QLD value,the EVP synchronicity of the left and the right lung respiratory curve and its amplitude level were observed.Results Comparing seven indicators,we discovered that the group of acute upper respiratory tract infection,acute trachea- bronchitis,acute pneumonia patients had significantly difference(P〈0.05)from the group of normal pregnant women.There was no significant difference(P〉0.05)on the value of maximal energy and the observation of curves between the group of acute infectious on upper respiratory tract patients during gestational period and the group of normal pregnant women.The remaining 5 indicators had significant difference(P 0.05).Conclusion The VRI can be used to diagnose acute infection on respiratory system during gestation period.
