摘要
在硫酸盐复合催化剂的条件下,由乙酸和乙醇为原料合成了高收率乙酸乙酯。该文研究了硫酸盐复合催化剂使用量、乙醇使用量和反应的时间,带水剂的选择等因素对催化合成乙酸乙酯收率的影响。实验结果表明当乙醇:乙酸摩尔比为1.6:1和复合硫酸盐n(Fe2(SO4)3)∶n(K2SO4)为4.2:1、带水剂14m L时,回流反应分水110min,酯收率为87.57%,为最佳条件。
In this paper, it studies dosage of composite inorganic salts catalyst, ethanol dosage and response time, with admixture of select catalytic synthesis of ethyl acetate and other factors on the yield effects under conditions of water combined with Composite Inorganic salts catalyst, ethanol and acetic acid by high-yield synthesis of ethyl acetate. Experimental results demonstrate that Ester yields was upto 87.57% for the best conditions, when ethanol:acetic acid mole ratio of 1.6:1 and Composite Inorganic salts is n(Fe2(SO4)3):n(K2SO4)=4.2:1, 14 m L reaction returning water, reaction time 110 min.
