摘要
以α-Al2O3为参比物质,采用X射线衍射(XRD)K值法测定了改性加氢催化剂及载体中TiO2的含量,并对该方法进行了准确性、精密度等方面的考察。结果表明:扫描范围为42.0~49.2°(2θ)时,锐钛型TiO2(200晶面)相对α-Al2O3(113晶面)的K值为1.23;当TiO2含量为5%~10%,测试方法相对标准偏差小于3.2%;方法加标回收率为97%~103%。
The TiO2 content in modified hydrogenation catalyst and its carrier was determined by K value method of X-ray diffraction using α-Al2O3 as reference standard material. The accuracy and precision of the methods were examined. Results indicate that The K value of analyses is 1.23 at the diffraction range 42.0 ~49.2°(2θ), when the TiO2 content at the range of 5% to 10%, The relative standard deviation is less than 3.2%; Recovery rate of Method is at 97% to 103%.
