摘要 建立了某客车车架的有限元模型,分析了车架的弯曲和扭转刚度。对车架各构件进行了灵敏度分析,取质量灵敏度与刚度灵敏度之比较大的构件厚度作为设计变量,以质量最小作为目标函数,以位移为约束条件,对车架进行了轻量化设计。优化结果表明,基于灵敏度分析的优化设计方法可行,轻量化效果明显。 Established the finite element model of a bus frame, analysed the bending and torsion stiffness of the frame. The sensitivity analysis of every component of the frame is conducted. Taking the plate thickness with the large relative sensitivity as design variables, minimum quality as the objective function, and displacement as constraint conditions, the lightweight design of the frame is carried out. The optimization results show that the optimization design method based on the sensitivity analysis is feasible, the lightweight effect is obvious.
