摘要
通过对圆柱滚子轴承保持架的不同引导方式进行分析对比,提出在采用铜保持器、润滑脂再润滑的情况下,采用滚子引导方式并避免过润滑,对轴承运行寿命和运行可靠度的提高具有重要意义,为此类轴承的正确选型提供了参考。
By analyzing and comparing different guidance modes of cylindrical roller bearing cage,the writer proposes that roller guidance modes can be used to avoid over-lubrication in the condition of adopting copper cage and grease relubrication,which has significance to improve service life and reliability of bearing and also provide reference of correct selection of this type of bearings.
