摘要
在Ansoft机电系统Rmxprt模块中建立了SRM的二维模型,且在Rmxprt中仿真,得到了开关磁阻电机的相电流、转矩、功率、效率等特性曲线,得出了电机在额定转速下效率最高输出功率却不是最大的结论;并将其导入Maxwell2D中,在XY平面中,对模型分组、材料设置、边界及激励源设置等相关设置后,做了进一步的基于瞬态场的有限元分析,得到了电机在不同时刻的磁力线、磁通密度、磁密矢量等信息;最后通过对比两个仿真结果,再次验证了此建模仿真方法的正确,这为SRM的分析与控制提供了有效的理论依据。
A two-dimensional model of SRM was established and simulated in Rmxprt module of Ansoft electrometrical system. The characteristic curves of phase current,torque,power and efficiency were got,and conclusion that efficiency of the motor is maximum under its rated speed but output power is not. By importing the model to Maxwell2 D,relevant settings such as model grouping were made,material setting,boundary and excitation source setting and further finite-element analysis on the basis of transient field was carried out,then magnetic field line,flux density,flux density vector and other information were obtained. At last,it verified validity of this simulation modeling method by comparing the two simulation results,also provide effective theory foundation for further analysis and control for SRM.
