定子铁损试验是检验定子铁心绝缘、实际损耗以及铁心装配质量的重要手段。基于某大型主泵屏蔽电机铁损试验过程,介绍了铁损试验的原理、数据计算方法,并详细说明了定子铁损试验的试验步骤、测量方法及评定准则。
The stator core loss test is the important method to test the insulation,actual core loss and assembling quality of the stator core. Based on the stator core loss test process of a large RCP canned motor,the principle and computing method of stator core loss test are introduced,and the test steps,measuring method and evaluation criterion of the test are explained in detail.
