荆芥中微量元素富集与生长环境关系的研究

摘要 采用微波消解处理样品,原子吸收光谱法对来自不同生长环境中调味品植物荆芥中的5种元素K,Na,Ca,Mg,Pb含量进行测定,优化了样品处理和测定的最佳条件,在最佳试验条件下,结果表明:荆芥茎、叶中富含对身体有益的元素K,Na,Ca,Mg,同时检测到少量对人体有害的元素Pb。比较不同生长环境条件下荆芥样品:不同元素的含量有一定的差异,相同元素的含量在不同样品及同一样品不同的生长部位也不同。以K元素进行加标回收实验,回收率90%~110%,相对标准偏差0.1%~1.1%。结果较为满意,为研究植物中的微量元素富集与环境的关系及合理的食用蔬菜提供一定的参考。 Five kinds of elements such as K,Na,Ca,Mg,Pb in schizonepeta under different growth environments are treated by microwave digestion and the content of five kinds of elements is determined by atomic absorption spectrometry.The sample treatment and determination conditions are optimized.Under the optimum conditions,the results show that schizonepetae stems and leaves are rich in K,Na,Ca and Mg,which are good for human health and a little Pb is detected,which is bad for health.Comparing the samples of schizonepeta under different growth conditions,the content of different elements has certain difference,the content of same element in different samples and the growth of same samples of different parts are also different.By the standard addition recovery test of K element,the average recovery is 90%-110%,and the relative standard deviation is 0.1%-1.1%.The results are satisfactory,and provide a valuable reference for the study on relationship of trace elements enrichment capacity with environment and eating vegetables reasonably.
