摘要
目的探讨吸烟者的血清脂联素浓度与早期动脉粥样硬化指标之间的关系。方法酶联免疫法检测96例志愿者血清中脂联素的浓度;彩色超声仪HP-5500检测IMT;动脉功能测定仪检测大、小动脉弹性(C1,C2)。结果吸烟组血清脂联素的浓度显著低于不吸烟组(P<0.05);吸烟组血清脂联素浓度与IMT负相关(r=-0.440,P=0.001),与C1、C2正相关(C1∶r=0.448,P<0.001;C2∶r=0.462,P=0.002)。结论吸烟可减少脂联素分泌;血清脂联素浓度可能是检测吸烟者早期动脉粥样硬化的一个生化学指标。
Objective To investigate a possible association between serum adiponectin level and early vascular changes in smokers.Methods Concentrations of serum adiponectin were examined in 96 subjects.Large (C1) and small (C2) artery elasticity indices and carotid intima-media thickness (IMT)were measured for estimating early atherosclerosis in smokers.The associations between adiponectin and C1,C2,IMT were analyzed in smokers.Results Serum adiponectin level was significantly lower in smokers than that in non-smokers (P < 0.05).In smokers,adiponectin levels were statistically negatively correlated to mean IMT (r =-0.440,P =0.001),and positively correlated to C1 as well as C2 (C1:r =0.448,P < 0.001 ;C2:r =0.462,P =0.002).Conclusion These results suggest that smoking could decrease adiponectin concentration.Serum adiponectin may be a biochemical index of early atherosclerosis in smokers.
