正畸联合不备牙贴面修复上颌过小侧切牙的临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过分析正畸结束后不备牙贴面修复上颌过小侧切牙的美学效果及成功率,初步评价该修复形式的应用价值。方法对20例错牙合畸形且伴有上颌双侧侧切牙过小患者先正畸治疗,再采用不进行牙体预备的玻璃陶瓷材料制作瓷贴面修复40颗过小侧切牙,应用3M树脂水门汀粘接。修复后患者采用视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scales,VAS)评价美学效果满意度;同时,参照美国公共健康协会(USPHS)的修正标准,对修复后的效果进行评价。修复后6,12,24个月复查评价成功率。结果修复后患者对修复体美学效果的满意度为9.3±0.3;40颗过小牙修复2年后除2颗出现修复体破损外均表现良好,修复后6,12,24个月成功率分别为100%(40/40),95%(38/40)和95%(38/40)。结论正畸联合不备牙贴面修复上颌过小侧切牙能够取得良好的美学效果和满意的成功率,在严格掌握适应证的前提下,牙科美学治疗中可采用这种治疗方式。 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of ceramic veneer without preparation after orthodontic for undersized maxillary lateral incisor by analyzing the esthetic effects and successful rates.Methods Twenty patients with malocclusion and undersized maxillary lateral incisors were investigated.After orthodontic treatment,forty undersized maxillary lateral incisors were restored by ceramic veneer without preparation using 3M Relyx veneer as the adhesive.The final appearance of each restorated tooth was evaluated by patients on visual analogue scales(VAS) and by professional prosthodontists according to the modified United States Public Health Service(USPHS) criteria.The successful rate of all the restoration was analyzed at 6,12 and 24 month after the treatment.Results The satisfaction degree of patients was 9.3 ± 0.3.The restoration showed good performance except two veneers were fractured in two years after restoration.The successful rate was 100% (40/40),95% (38/40)and 95% (38/40)at 6,12 and 24 month,respectively.Conclusion The veneers without preparation have a good esthetic effect and a satisfactory successful rate for undersized maxillary lateral incisors after orthodontics and is a suitable technique in esthetic treatment under the critical indications.
