胃窦炎性纤维性息肉1例临床病理分析 被引量：4

摘要 炎性纤维性息肉（inflammatory fibroid polyp,IFP）,由黏膜下增生的梭形细胞、小血管及混合性炎性细胞组成,富于肥大细胞及嗜酸性粒细胞,血管或腺体周围出现“同心圆状”网状纤维为特征[1].Vanek[2]以“胃肠道黏膜下肉芽肿伴酸性粒细胞浸润”首次进行该现象的描述.Helwig等[3]第一次用IFP的名称,详细描述了其组织学特征.炎性纤维性息肉（IFP）非常罕见,Susann等[4]对120 000多例病人、约6 600枚胃息肉的研究显示,仅6例为IFP,在所有胃息肉中发病率＜0.1％.本文报道1例胃窦炎性纤维性息肉,并结合文献复习对其临床病理特征、病理学特点和鉴别诊断进行探讨.
