斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效观察

Observation of Curative Effect on Compound Disodium Cantharidinate and Vitamin B6Injection Combined GP Solution in Advanced NSCLC

目的:观察斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液联合GP方案化学治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效和安全性。方法:94例晚期NSCLC患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均接受吉西他滨+顺铂化疗,治疗组额外给予斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液治疗。评价两组的近期疗效、生活质量和毒副反应。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为47.9%、28.3%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.048)。治疗后治疗组KPS评分和QOL评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组Ⅲ、Ⅳ度胃肠道反应、白细胞减少和血小板减少的发生率分别为18.7%、20.8%和22.9%,对照组为39.1%、41.3%和43.5%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液联合GP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌,可明显提高近期疗效,改善生活质量,减轻不良反应。

Objective：To observe the effect and safety of Compound Disodium Cantharidinate and Vitamin B6 Injection combined GP solution in patients with advancednon-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）. Methods：The 94 patients were divided into control and treatment groups. Patients were given the GP solution in two groups, and Disodium Cantharidinate plus Vitamin B6 Injection, on the basis of GP solution, in treatment group. The short-term curative effect, life quality and side reaction were compared in the two groups. Results：The effective rate were 47.9% in the treatment group and 28.3% in the control group, with statistically significant difference（P =0.048）. KPS scores and QOL scores in treatment group were higher than those in control group（P〈0.05）. The Ⅲ, Ⅳdegreegastrointestinal tract reaction, leukopenia and thrombocytopeniain rate were respectively 18.75%,20.38% and 22.92% in treatment group, and 39.13%, 41.30%, 43.48% in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion：The Compound Disodium Cantharidinate and Vitamin B6 Injection combined GP solution can improve recent clinical effect, improve life of quality and reduce adverse reactions.
