摘要
拔染剂二氧化硫脲(TDO)在存储过程中易与氧气和水发生作用,影响其还原能力,以非水介质十甲基环五硅氧烷(D5)作为分散介质,通过湿法研磨工艺制备改性二氧化硫脲,并优选相应的增稠剂和黏合剂,应用于棉织物涂料拔染印花工艺。结果表明,湿法研磨制备的改性二氧化硫脲粒径显著变小且分布均匀;改性二氧化硫脲拔白处理织物具有较好的白度,断裂强力损伤小;PT-RV+乳化糊(1∶1)和TF-312C两种增稠体系对拔白织物手感影响较小,且与改性拔染剂有良好的相容性;以UDR-K和APF101作为黏合剂,色拔织物具有较好的得色量、色牢度和手感。
The discharging agent thiourea dioxide(TDO) is easy to react with oxide and water in storage and then leads to a decrease in its reducing capacity. Taking decamethylcyclopentasiloxane(D5) as a non-aqueous disperse medium, the modified TDO is prepared via wet grinding process, and then is applied to pigment printing of cotton fabric with appropriate thickeners and binders. The results show that the modified TDO has smaller particle size and narrower size distribution, and can impart cotton prints good whiteness and low strength loss. The thickener PT-RV: emulsion(1∶1) system and thickner TF-312 C system have little influence on the handle of the printed samples and high compatibility with modified TDO. The cotton prints with APF101 and UDR-K as binders have satisfactory color yield, color fastness and handle.
