摘要 采用一种水溶性好的高效环化磷酸酯类阻燃剂FR-CU,以浸轧工艺对涤纶织物进行阻燃整理。探讨FR-CU与不同防水剂同浴整理的可行性以及阻燃效果和拒水等级。结果表明,采用15%阻燃剂FR-CU和3%防水剂TG580同浴浸轧整理,加入氨水调节pH值至5.5-6.6,整理织物续燃和阴燃时间均为0,损毁长度120mm,沾水和变色等级均为4级。 A high-efficiency cyclic phosphate flame retardant agent FR-CU is applied to flame retardant finish of polyester fabric. The flame retardant has good water solubility and can be applied by dip-pad process. The feasiblity of FR-CU applied with different waterproof agents in one bath is discussed, and the corresponding flame retardancy and water repellency of treated fabric are tested. The results show that,polyester fabric has excellent flame retardancy and water repellency with 15% flame retardant FRCU, 3% waterproof agent TG-580, and pH value of the working liqud 5.5-6.6 adjusted by ammonia.
