摘要
用近红外光谱技术与聚类分析方法相结合,建立了一种可用于鉴别食用油种类的快速鉴定模型。实验根据30个食用油的近红外光谱,建立了芝麻油-大豆油-花生油-玉米油定性识别的模型,模型的识别率和预测率可达到100%。根据40个芝麻油样品的近红外光谱建立芝麻油的酸价预测模型,且模型指标较好。可见近红外光谱技术在食用油快速检测方面有较好的应用前景。
