摘要
应用传热学和粘性流体力学原理 ,模拟探讨了连铸保护渣的润滑作用 ,分析了各种因素对铸坯所受摩擦力的影响。从而为评价保护渣的润滑作用。
The principles of heat transfer, viscous hydromechanics and the method of mathematical simulation were used to describe the lubrication behavior of mold flux. The effects of different factors on the frictions of shell were analyzed.A theoretical basis for appreciating lubrication of mold flux and optimizing process of continuous casting was offered.
