新建本科院校党建工作创新与应用型人才培养探析

A Brief Analysis of Innovating Party Building and Cultivating Practical Talents in Newly-established Universities

在人才培养目标定位上,培养适应社会需要的本科层次的应用型人才,是最近教育部对新建本科院校提出的转型要求。高校党建工作具有重要的人才孵化和培养作用。围绕应用型人才培养目标,新建本科院校党建工作需要不断创新,在应用型人才培养体系、应用型人才实践平台和应用型人才培养途径上,发挥高校党建工作的育人作用。

It is very common for newly-established universities to take it as their goal to cultivate practical talents needed by the soci-ety（PTNS）. The party building in universities （PBU） has essential functions in talents education and cultivation. Hence it is suggested that such universities should focus on the goal of cultivating practical talents and strengthening the function of party building, and that it is necessary to innovate PBU and give full play to its role in the system, platform and paths of cultivating PTNS.
