摘要
武夷学院图书馆就读者使用图书馆情况及服务满意度问题面向全校师生读者进行问卷调查。通过分析,发现该校图书馆在人员素质、馆舍环境、资源保障、讲座培训等方面存在的不足,并提出相应的解决策略。
Wuyi University Library has made a questionnaire survey to readers on the current status and service of the library and the percentage of satisfaction among users. The analysis shows that the library has deficiency in such aspects as personnel competency, envi-ronment, resources, lectures and training, etc. This paper proposes some strategies to solve these problems.
