国贸专业学生的应用型岗位能力培养探析

An Analysis of Cultivating the Capacity of Students of International Trade Major

地方高校向培养应用型人才转型中,对于国际贸易专业学生的培养来说重要的一个方面就是要提高他们在应用型岗位上的工作能力,由于理论知识的严谨性与实际工作的灵活性之间的差异,国际贸易应用型工作岗位的特殊性以及相关高校教师比较缺乏真正的企业工作经历,使得学生在学校学习中比较难以获得全面的应用型岗位工作能力。为此国际贸易专业教师必须具有企业工作经历;必须提高国际贸易专业学生的市场营销能力和深入开展校企合作。

In the transformation of the local colleges and universities to cultivate practical talents, it is important to improve their ca-pacity of the students of international trade major. Due to the differences between the rigidity of the theoretical knowledge and the flexibil-ity of practical work and the particularity of international trade and the teachers’ lack of the appropriate work experience, it is difficult for students to improve teir capacity in universities. Therefore colleges and universities must recruit teachers who have work experience in the enterprise, and students‘ marketing capabilities should be improved and school-enterprise cooperation be further carried out.
