农村民办幼儿园办园现状调查研究——以甘肃省某县为例

摘要 目前,我国农村地区是幼儿教育发展最为薄弱的地区。由于政府投入不足,民办幼儿园成为农村幼儿教育的主体。鉴于甘肃省的典型性和便捷性,本研究应用文献法和调查法对甘肃省农村地区民办幼儿园的办学现状进行了调查研究,对师资力量、办学理念、幼儿园内部管理、家园结合、政府政策引导和支持、资金投入和保障等问题做了相关探究,并提出一些对策和建议。 Nowadays,the infant education has not been a issue but a difficult problem. Compared with the infant education of foreign country,we can feel the great gap in how to run a school even more. Especially in rural area,these contradictions and problems display obviously in rural non- government infant school. According to the representativeness and convenience of Gansu Province,this research mainly use the method of searching documents and investigations to study the present school running situation of the rural non- government infant school in Gansu Province. Also we provide some practical ways and suggestions to solve the problems in the process of running school,teacher resources,the security of fund,the sense of running school,the inner management of school,the government's guide and support and the combination of family and school.
