Research on Revision of EU Public Sector Information Reuse Directive

欧盟在颁布《公共信息再利用指令》10年之后,因为其实施中存在的问题和开放数据运动的兴起,对该指令进行了修订,进一步完善了欧盟区域内公共信息再利用的法律制度,对我国政府的信息公开具有一定的借鉴建议。

Because of the problems in the process of implementation and open data movement, after the publication of public sector information reuse directive for ten years, EU revised the Directive in order to improve the legal system of EU public sector information reuse, which makes reference to disclosure of our government information from EU experience.
