摘要
目的:观察四黄片对糖尿病肾病患者血、尿转化生长因子(TGF-β)水平的影响。方法:根据国际通用的Mogensen分期标准,观察四黄片治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效,并与苯那普利进行对照,观察血、尿转化生长因子等指标的变化,对其临床意义进行分析。结果:治疗组总疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),在改善空腹血糖、转化生长因子β、尿蛋白、血脂、肾功能等方面治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:四黄片可以明显改善糖尿病肾病患者的血糖及肾功能,降低TGF-β是其作用机制之一。
Objective： To observe the effect of Sihuang tablet on transforming growth factor（ TGF-β） in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods ： According to the universal theory of Mogensen staging criteria to observe the curative effect of Sihuang tablet on diabetic nephropathy,control group was given benazepril,observing the changes of blood and urine TGF-β levels and analyzing the clinical significance. Results： the effect of Sihuang tablet group was obviously better than that of control group,the improving effects of FPG,TGF-β in blood and urine,urinary protein,blood lipids and renal function and related indicators were significantly better than those in control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Sihuang tablet can obviously improve blood sugar and renal function of diabetic nephropathy patients,decreasing the TGF-β level one of the mechanism.
