摘要
目的:观察葛根枳椇子复合制剂对CCl4所致小鼠肝损伤的保护作用。方法:按临床成人剂量的1、10、30倍设低、中、高3个剂量组,给小鼠经口灌胃35天;用四氯化碳(CCl4)制备小鼠急性肝损伤模型;测定各组小鼠血清ALT、AST活性,并取肝脏进行病理组织学检查。结果:与模型对照组比较,各剂量组小鼠血清ALT、AST含量明显降低(P<0.01);高剂量组肝细胞坏死程度显著减轻(P<0.05)。结论:葛根枳椇子复合制剂对肝损伤具有明确的保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the protective effects of compound Kudzu and Hovenia dulcis Thunb mixture on liver injury in mice. Methods: Mice were divided into low,middle,high-dose groups according to1,10,30 times of clinical dosage and they were given the compound for 35 days. Acute hepatic injury mice models were induced by CCl4. The levels of serum ALT,AST were determined and liver pathological changes were observed. Results: To compare with model group,the levels of ALT,AST in serum of each dose group were obviously decreased( P 〈0. 01). The degree of liver cell necrosis of high-dose group was significantly reduced( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The compound Kudzu and Hovenia dulcis thumb mixture has definite protective effect on liver injury.
