摘要
运用问卷调查和访谈的方法,以贵州省的3所地方本科院校为例,对地方本科院校物理师范专业教师教育类课程的设置与教学现状进行了调查,发现毕业生对课程设置的满意度较低,所存在的问题有教师教育类课程偏少、实践性课程偏少等,课程教学存在着实践性教学薄弱、教学方式单一等问题,毕业生的工作胜任力也存在着一些不足.针对所发现的问题,建议增加教师教育类课程的比重,增强课程的弹性;优化教师教育类课程结构,形成多层次、序列化的课程体系;变革教师教育类课程的教学方式,加强实践性教学.
By questionnaire and interview,taking 3 local universities as an example,the current situation of teacher education courses' setting and teaching of physics teacher education program in local universities were investigated. The graduates' satisfaction for courses setting was low,for teacher teaching courses and practice courses were few,and practice teaching was weak,and teaching method was unitary in courses teaching,as well as there were some deficiencies in graduates' competency. Aiming at these problems,some corresponding strategies and suggestions were put forward to increasing the proportion of teacher education courses,and enhancing flexibility of courses; optimizing the structure of teacher education courses,and forming multi- lever and sequential curriculum system; reforming teaching method of teacher education courses,and reinforcing practice teaching.
