Advances on the Organic Synthesis of Furan Derivatives

摘要 基于富电子的呋喃杂环基团作为Mannich bases在化学反应中的研究,本文初步总结了含呋喃基团化合物的胺甲基化反应的进行以及Mannich bases在反应中的应用. The advances in the chemistry of Mannich bases of electron-rich with one heteroatom furan was reviewed. The aminomethylation of its heterocycle along with the reactivity and the applications of its Mannich bases were summarized.
