摘要 采用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FASS法)对产自雷公山的野生蒿菜中矿质元素Ca,Zn,Mn的含量进行测定.所测野生蒿菜中矿质元素Ca,Zn,Mn的含量分别为1267.6,121.5,173.4μg/g.Ca,Zn,Mn的线性范围分别为0.000~14.000,0.000~1.600,0.000~3.200μg/m L.加标回收率为99.2%~100.5%,相对标准偏差为0.809 2%~1.553 3%.该方法操作简便,检出限低,灵敏度高. The flame atomic absorption spectroscopy( FAAS) was used to determine the content of Ca,Zn and Mn in Artemisia annua L. from Leigong Mountain,Guizhou Province. The content of mineral elements such as Ca,Zn and Mn was 1267. 6,121. 5,173. 4 μg / g respectively. The recoveries were between 99. 2% and 100. 5%,the relative standard deviation were between 0. 809 2% ~ 1. 553 3%.The method was simple,high sensitivity and the result was satisfactory.
