摘要
针对闽台交换生教学管理中的网络信息化程度不足,缺少服务理念,教学管理体制固化,交换生学习自由权利受限,教学管理的理论研究不够深入以及缺少民主意识等现状与问题,提出了需要完善当前闽台交换生学分认定相关教学管理制度,利用网络在学分认定相关教学管理中的管理优势,创造交换生学分认定相关教学管理的良性交流氛围,优化交换生学分认定相关教学管理人员建设以及让交换生享有参与学分认定教学管理权利等建议与对策,以提高交换生学分认定的教学管理水平和效率.
At present the level of teaching management network information is low. The service concept is lack. The teaching management system is solidified. The learning freedom of exchange students is restricted. The theoretical study of teaching management is not deep enough,and the democratic consciousness is lack. To improve the teaching management level and efficiency of exchange student's credit identity,proposals and measures are raised in this paper. For example,the current teaching management system of exchange student's credit identity need to be improved. Using the management advantages of network on teaching management of credit,a benign atmosphere of teaching management of exchange students' credit identity was created. The construction of teaching managers which are responsible for credit identity was optimized,and exchange students are allowed to have the right to participate in teaching management of credit identity.
